  1. How to set browser to enable Cookies?  

    In order to access all pages of our website, you must set your browser options to accept Cookies. The following are steps for enabling Cookies for various browser versions:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.x

    1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
    2. Click on the "Privacy" tab
    3. Drag the slider to "Medium"
    4. Click "OK"

    Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.x

    1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
    2. Click on the "Security" tab
    3. Click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll down to the "Cookies" section
    4. Set "Allow per-session Cookies" to "Enable"
    5. Click "OK"

    Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x

    1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
    2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
    3. Click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll down to the "Cookies" section
    4. Select "Always accept Cookies"
    5. Click "OK"

    Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)

    1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Options"
    2. Select the "Privacy" icon and select the "Cookies" tab
    3. Check the box "Allow sites to set Cookies"
    4. Click "OK"

    Netscape Navigator 6.x and greater

    1. From the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences"
    2. Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand
    3. Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies"
    4. Select "Enable all Cookies"
    5. Click "OK"

  2. How to select UTF-8 as encoding?

    UTF-8 encoding is a type of Unicode encoding scheme that our Service follows. In order to view all our mail letters and webpage content properly, you must select UTF-8 as encoding.

    You can set it by selecting the �View� menu from your browser, then select �Encoding�. From the �Encoding� submenu, select �Unicode(UTF-8)�. If you cannot view the item �Unicode(UTF-8)�, choose it from the �More� submenu.

  3. Why do I need to enter an authentication code before login or register?  

    Enter the authentication code is for preventing others from getting your account password. Therefore, for security reasons, you are required to enter the system generated authentication code before login or register.
