BuyAns Service Agreement

Welcome to BuyAns!

BuyAns Service (the “Service”) is a Web-based service provided by Buy Answers Consultation Ltd (“BuyAns”) located at www.buyans.com . The Service provides a platform for registered users to ask questions and get quality answers quickly. Users can ask and price their questions in various areas, which can be answered by other users. Answer providers whose answers are adopted by askers as correct answers will get the money of the questions.

You need to agree on the terms and conditions in this agreement (the “Agreement”) before you use the Service. Otherwise, please do not use the Service.

Security and Privacy

You are allowed to log into your service account after completing the Service’s registration process. You are responsible to keep your service account and password confidential and prevent disclosure to third parties. You are fully responsible for all activities under your service account. In order to prevent unauthorized access to your private information, you should logout your service account after each time using the Service. BuyAns will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to complying these.

BuyAns will not disclose your questions, answers or comments (“post”) to the public that directly associate with you (except you or third parties include your personal, confidential or sensitive information in a post, and such post is just used by BuyAns as provided). BuyAns will not be liable to any disclosure of post content to the public in which the action is done purposely by third parties.

Participation and Proper Usage

The Service offers various boards/categories (“board”) with several access level limitations, which host relevant questions and their associated answers. You may participate in all public boards or those club boards you have been admitted. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local and international laws, rules and regulations. You agree that you will not submit post that

1. are unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, abusive, contain viruses or threatening to others;
2. are irrelevant to the corresponding board;
3. are on the purpose of advertising;
4. are related to illegal activities;
5. will endanger or infringe any party’s or country’s safety and rights;
6. will reveal confidential information of you or any party or country.

You are not allowed to use, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, publish, sell, perform, display, post, transmit or distribute any post to the public or for any commercial purpose without the written permission of BuyAns. BuyAns does not monitor, filter or modify the content of post in advance of initial posting or display such content on the Service. BuyAns takes no responsibility for users’ post content accuracy, correctness and legality, nor does BuyAns have any obligation to monitor such users’ post content.
BuyAns reserves the right not to use or respond to post that violate the foregoing conditions and to edit or delete post, in part or in a whole at any time for any reason. BuyAns reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notice for any reason and to remove objectionable or personal information from any post. BuyAns will not be liable to the exercise or non-exercise of its rights under this Agreement.

BuyAns shall have the perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, publish, sell, perform, display, post, transmit or distribute your post without any compensation to you for internal or external purposes, anonymously or aggregately, alone or as part of other works, in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed and to sublicense such rights.

Not Professional Advice

Information providing via the Service will not substitute the professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, tax, legal, investment, accounting or other professional advices. If you desire or require professional advice, please consult a qualified professional who is licensed in your country or region.

Limitation of Liability

Under any circumstances, BuyAns will not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage in connection with the Service. Under any circumstances, BuyAns will not liable to you for the accuracy, correctness and legality of any information provided pursuant to this Agreement. For any instance of the use of the Service that gives arise to a claim, to the extent that any post refers to any product, company, manufacturer or service provider, BuyAns disclaims any association with or liability for any such product, company, manufacturer or service provider.

Modification and Termination

The BuyAns Service Agreement may change from time to time. Use of the Service after a change will subject you to the new terms. We reserve all rights to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Service with or without prior notice. The balances of all accounts will be returned to their owners if the Service is permanently terminated.

You agree that BuyAns may temporarily block or permanently terminate your service account under any circumstance with or without prior notice. The balance of your account will be returned to you if your account is terminated.

Payment Issues

You should pay commission to BuyAns after you have asked a question. The commission may vary from time to time, which will be displayed besides the money you wish to pay to the answer provider(s). The price of the question can be zero or more, which should be smaller than your current account balance minus the commission. BuyAns will also take commission from the money earned by answer providers at rates from 20% to 50%, for manual answers which are newly provided by users after the question is asked, automatic answers that are selected from the accumulated question and answer database, respectively.
The payment throughout the Service is done through a virtual money named K-Dollar (or “K$”), which is equivalent to and exchangeable to and from Hong Kong Dollar (“HK$”). With the same exchange rates to or from HK$, some major currencies, including RMBY, EUR, USD and JPY, can be exchangeable to and from K$, respectively.
